• Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30).
• Weekend: Saturday and Sunday — closed for standard operations.
• Holidays: Closed on Indian public holidays. A holiday calendar is available upon request.
• After Hours: Critical support issues are handled outside business hours under active support agreements (see Service Terms).

We accommodate clients in different time zones through flexible scheduling for calls and asynchronous communication via email and project management tools.

RedGobble is registered and operates from India. All services, agreements, and legal relationships are governed by the laws of India.

• Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
